What happened

BackOfHouseOS completed its first real-world private local-node deployment for ChurchOS in May 2026.

The product moved beyond Phil's origin machine into an organization-controlled Windows environment. Health and identity checks passed, local runtime authority remained with the host environment, and remote maintenance was proven without turning the system into public cloud SaaS.

What it proved

• BackOfHouseOS could run outside Phil's personal development environment.
• A real organization could host a private local operational node.
• Runtime and database authority could remain local.
• Remote maintenance could occur without making public cloud infrastructure the source of truth.
• ChurchOS was the first private operational module to cross into that environment.
